For the month of March, each day I am writing and posting a slice of my life, hosted by Two Writing Teachers.
Slice of Life Challenge #23: Day 25/31
The Spring Snowstorm
so much depends
upon
a strong spring
snowstorm
our city street
blanket
concealed any new
growth
My mentor text was William Carlos William's, "The Red Wheelbarrow"
I’m so sorry to see you, too, have more snow, but you did get a stellar poem out of it. Happy digging out.
ReplyDeleteThe crazy midwest weather! I can't complain about the cold rain in Chicago after seeing what you have up north! Hoping the sun comes out soon and starts doing its job!
ReplyDeleteWow, look at that! A true winter storm! We only had rain today. I am officially tired of winter. I love winter and don't usually get tired of it. But I am officially tired. I hope your snow melts quickly and you see much new growth! And now I want to try a so much depends poem!
